Leemberg takes the next step: a second group and more training to follow

Following two successful sessions, Leemberg is continuing with AI at work. A third group will take the introductory training, and previous participants will join a more advanced session.

A second group has laid the foundations

On 30 September, Xander Heijnen of Nohou delivered the second ‘AI at work’ training session at Leemberg Pijpleidingen & Apparatenbouw in Zwijndrecht. This group also successfully completed the training.

The first group took part a week earlier. Two groups have now laid the foundations for using AI more thoughtfully in their work. Understanding the tool and checking its output remain central to that approach.

Another group, then a more advanced session

Together with Leemberg, we have agreed to train another group. This will give more colleagues the opportunity to explore both the possibilities of AI and the points that need attention.

Employees who have already completed the introductory training will be offered a more advanced session. We will build on how they can apply AI in their everyday work, giving them the opportunity to develop their knowledge further.

Making time to keep learning

Leemberg is making time for its employees to learn and practise. That fits the way we approach training at Nohou: questions from everyday work are the starting point. Which tasks take up time? What can a tool help prepare? And where is an employee’s judgement still needed?

We look forward to the next sessions. Thank you to the participants for their efforts and to Leemberg for its trust.
